Washington Motorcycle Safety Training

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar via Google OAuth, we may access:

  • Calendar availability (busy times)

  • Permission to create calendar events related only to WMST classes

We do NOT access:

  • Emails

  • Google Drive files

  • Contacts

  • Photos

  • Any other Google services

Why we access calendar data

Google Calendar data is used solely to:

  1. Sync your WMST instructor schedule into your personal Google Calendar

  2. Show your availability inside the WMST scheduling system

  3. Prevent double-booking

  4. Allow busy times in Google Calendar to block scheduling in Amelia

We do NOT:

  • Sell or share your calendar data

  • Store calendar contents on external systems

  • Use your data for advertising

  • Access anything beyond the scopes you approve

  • Store your Google password

9. Attendance & Preparedness Policy

10. Classroom and Range Locations

Courses may include a classroom and range session. Locations include Everett (multiple classrooms), Auburn, Aberdeen, and Silverdale.

11. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Refunds available for cancellations made 10+ days before class

  • Rescheduling fee: $25 if done 10+ days prior

  • No changes within 10 days of class

  • No-shows, late arrivals, or unprepared students forfeit tuition

12. Permit & Endorsement Processing

After completing a course, students must add their permit/endorsement through Washington LicenseExpress within 3 business days.

13. Skills Retesting

If you did not pass included skills testing, schedule a retest by selecting:
“I am a returning student needing a skills retest.”

14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to:

  • Improve site experience

  • Track performance

  • Support marketing functions
