Coach's Dashboard

Accessing Your Coaches Dashboard

Your Coaches Dashboard is the central place where you manage:

  • Your personal information
  • Your assigned courses and testing sessions
  • Your Google Calendar integration
  • Your available courses and testing requests
  • When you log in, you will see a new information panel in the center of the dashboard.

Updating Your Profile Information

On the left side of the dashboard, click Profile.


Enter or update your:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Preferred locations

If your phone number or email ever changes, simply return here and update it.

Setting Up Google Calendar Integration

Syncing your calendar allows every course you are assigned to automatically appear on your personal Google calendar.

It is very important this step is done at the beginning.  Only new events that you are scheduled to will show up after this setup.  If you set up later that is ok but this feature will only sync new events you were just assigned to. It will not be able to sync events you are already schedule for. 

Step 1 Open “Integrations”

  • Go to the Profile tab
  • Select “Integrations”
  • Click Integrations at the top of the screen.

Step 2  Sign in With Google

  • Click Sign in with Google.
  • A new Google window will open.
  • Select your Google account and enter your password.

Step 3 Approve the Connection

You may see a message saying
“Google hasn’t verified this app”. This is normal. Google is warning you that the system can add events to your calendar.
This is correct as that’s how your schedule syncs.

  • Click Advanced

  • Click the link at the bottom that says go to MotorcycleInstructors.com

    Press Continue.

Step 4  Confirm Your Calendar

Back in your dashboard:

  • Open Profile → Integrations again

 

  • If you have more than one Google calendar, choose which one to sync using the dropdown.

  • Click Save.

Requesting Courses or Testing Sessions

Step 1 Open the Available Courses Calendar

Under your personal information and scheduled events click the button for Available Courses & Testing

 

Step 2 Browse Available Dates

You will see two view options:

  • Calendar View

 

  • List View

 

At the top, you can filter by:

  • Course type (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, etc.)

 

  • Location (Everett, Auburn, Monroe, etc.)

 

  • Month

Step 3 Course Details

Click any course on the calendar to see:

  • Course description
  • Location
  • Start and end times
  • Other coaches already assigned

Step 4 Request The Event

Click any course on the calendar to see:

  • Click the Request button.
  • Select the role you’re requesting.
  • Your name and email will auto-fill since you’re logged in.
  • Add a phone number or notes if needed.
  • Click Submit.

If you are assigned to an event you will receive an email with details and the event will also be placed on your calendar. 

Viewing Your Schedule

On the left side of the dashboard, click Events.

From the events tab you can filter your events by date range, as well as location

Below you will see a list of events you are scheduled for, as well as the number of riders currently registered,
